Refunds will not be granted if:
The digital product has already been activated, downloaded, or used.
The issue is due to customer-side device limitations or incompatibility clearly stated before purchase.
The request is based solely on “change of mind.”

b. Services (Development, Maintenance, Subscription Plans)
Refunds may be granted if:
Work has not started and cancellation is requested within 48 hours after payment.
The service delivered does not match the approved scope of work and Mtech is unable to correct it within an agreed timeline.
A subscription was renewed accidentally and a refund request is made within 3 days.
Refunds will not be granted if:
Work has already begun or milestones have been completed.
Project delays are caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing assets).
Subscription periods already elapsed before the refund request.
